Anthony is an accomplished and results-oriented professional with over 35 years of successful experience. Throughout his career, he has been credited with achievements in General Management, IT Management, and PMO establishment and leadership.

In addition, he has driven Business and Digital Transformations, programme and project management, and operational management. He has also led initiatives in IT infrastructure and data centre operations. His expertise extends to software development programs, business process optimization, and consulting across IT and business domains. Over the years, Anthony has delivered value to organizations such as Logica, Microsoft, Cathay Pacific, and Qantas Airlines. Anthony has also worked with Telstra Telecommunications, Manulife, and state governments in New South Wales and Queensland. As well as private industries across Asia and Europe.

Moreover, Anthony is a seasoned expert in establishing and advising Project Management Offices (PMOs). He has implemented enterprise tools such as MS Project Server, MS EPM, ServiceNow, and Primavera P6. His expertise further covers methodology and process development, establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE), and leading portfolio, program, and project management. With this background, he has gained extensive experience working alongside blue-chip companies and government organizations. project engineering company -Management consulting

So to begin with, we partnered with a project engineering company to address their operational challenges. We provided management consulting support. This streamlined their processes and improved overall efficiency.  Implementing StrategyX  online platform for day-to-day management

GSuite to Office 365 Migration

Website Migration

Managed Microsoft Dynamics implementation
